For 11 months this year we paddled to our hearts content. For those that were inebriated for the entire year, this wrap up is for you:</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We were the first db team to start training in the first week of January 2008... brrr...</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We sent two teams to the Boracay International Championships in April 2008</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">Whilst the team that stayed back in HK won the Stanley Warm-up Mixed Bowl</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We won the Deep Water Bay Mixed Bowl</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We entered 3 teams at the Stanley Internationals, which included our first women's team</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We raised over HKD247,000 for the Fair Dinkum "Shave to Save" Campaign to help the Sichuan earthquake victims</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We won the HK Internationals Mixed Plate</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We even competed against the fishermen teams in Cheung Chau</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We had yet another awesome finale party called "Back to Skool" at Lux in LKF and managed to raise over HKD45,000 for the Matilda Hospital Appeal.</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We performed admirably in the annual Matilda Hospital Sedan Chair races.</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We managed to avoid getting the wooden spoon in the HK Dodgeball League</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">We launched the Fair Dinkum Cultural Express Events, a series of cultural activities and events for our members.</span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;"></span><br /><span style="font-family:Arial;">But please stay tuned for 2009.
